A simple Venus modell

For beginners in astronomy - especially for pupils - it is sometimes really difficult to imagine the phaenomena occuring due to the celestrial mechanics of planet Venus. Sometimes it is visible in the morning, sometimes in the evening, but never at night. This aspect and lots of others can be simply demonstrated with our venus modell.

It was developed by Mrs. Ingeborg Reuter, my former Astronomy teacher in school, who made me find interest in stars, galaxies and planets some 15 years ago... Last year Britta Hentschel, Ingeborg Reuter and myself wrote an article about this modell for a german teachers' magazine.
